If you are not 100% satisfied with any regular priced item, you may return it, in re-saleable condition, within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or replacement. We will credit original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Please contact our Customer Service department via email at sales@wingswearonline.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our Customer Service department will respond within 1 business day.Please note that if your purchase was through one of the Wings Etc. Restaurant locations, you would need to return your item to them. We can only offer refunds for items purchased through this site.
Please allow 10 - 14 business days for returns to be processed.
